Capture family memories in unique artwork for yourself or a very thoughtful gift for someone special. Using photos you supply, I will paint your house or barn in watercolor, using ink to add details and personality and create a custom portrait family gift you will treasure for generations.
Paper is 5x7, 8x10, (Frame and mat not included)
Will take 2-6 weeks to complete and need a picture of the home
Since I will be working from photos you supply, if possible, please send several, showing different views and details, and be sure to point out those details most important to you. Unnecessary objects such can be removed. Trees and other landscaping may also be removed, (or added) or the size or shape changed to better show the home.
Your satisfaction is important to me. Commissioned pieces typically take about three weeks from the time I receive your photos. I will email a scan for you to review before mailing.
These drawings are samples of my work, copyrighted images and not for sale. You will be commissioning a custom portrait of your home or building.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
